Evidence before formulation
We do not ask first what sells. We ask what survives scrutiny. Every claim we assess is graded against a published standard, and the grade travels with the uncertainty that produced it.
An evidence assessment is not a claim about a product. It is a claim about what the published literature currently supports, stated precisely enough that someone can check it and tell us we are wrong.
Two things are kept deliberately apart here. What the evidence shows is one question. What a supplement may legally claim in the European Union is another, governed by Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006. A dossier can conclude that human evidence is moderate and state in the same breath that no authorised health claim exists. Those are not contradictory statements, and every assessment here states both — because stating only the first would describe the evidence while leaving out the law that governs what may be said about it.
